The short version
The best way to reach us is by email at mohamedraslan2282@gmail.com. We read every message, especially the ones that help make the lessons better.
Email us
Write to mohamedraslan2282@gmail.com. There is no contact form, so we never store your message on this website. It goes straight to our inbox.
What to write about
- Feedback: what you liked, what was confusing, and what you would like to learn next.
- Mistakes in lessons: if an explanation or an answer looks wrong, tell us which lesson and step.
- Translation issues: if the Arabic or English text reads strangely or does not match, let us know.
- Anything else: privacy questions, ideas or just saying hello.
When to expect a reply
Bugsy is run by Mohamed Raslan as an independent project, so replies can take a few days. We fix reported mistakes as soon as we can, even if we do not reply to every message.
